Steve Price on tour with Bastille

Steve is currently rehearsing with Bastille ahead of their European Festival tour which kicks off this week at Caribana Festival, on the shore of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, and is set to cover a whole host of countries between now and the end of the summer. Update – Spring 2015

It's been a few months since our last regular news entry, owing mainly to things being so busy in the interim period, so here's a round up of what we've been up to... Steve rounded off 2014 by directing The Clothes Show Live. This huge and colourful New York themed fashion show took place over a week at Birmingham NEC. From the bright lights of Times Square to the Hamptons, over 40 international models and dancers, celebrity presenters and music acts took Clothes Show Live 2014 in association with ALCATEL ONETOUCH to the fashion capital! Dance Proms 2014 at the Royal Albert Hall

Steve and Lops were delighted to once again produce and direct the live camera coverage of the Dance Proms 2014 on Sunday at the Royal Albert Hall.  This annual colourful festival of dance features over 500 young dance dancers from around the UK and also as far afield as Portugal, Canada and Australia.

September Round Up – From New Zealand to Paris…

September was yet another incredibly busy month for Devon films with the completion of five major directing projects for Steve Price. The month began with the final shows of the Antipodean leg of the Queen World Tour, culminating in two sell out performances in Auckland, New Zealand.  Then as soon as Steve landed in London he went straight to the Invictus games at the Olympic Park where he directed the sports presentation coverage in the Copperbox Arena in the company of Prince Harry. The Invictus Games – from Queen to a Prince…

After finishing the Asian and Australian leg of the Queen world tour in Auckland last week, Steve flew back to the UK and went straight to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London to direct the camera coverage of the Invictus Games. Steve was based in the Copperbox Arena, host to the wheelchair rugby tournament, wheelchair basketball and sitting volleyball.  Prince Harry took part in the 'celebrity deathmatch' wheelchair rugby match featuring well known personalities as well as wounded servicemen - and is pictured above scoring the opening goal.  Harry spent much of the rest of his time...

Steve in South Korea with Queen

After a fantastic two months directing for Queen on their North American tour Steve is now in Seoul, South Korea, where the band play the headline slot at Supersonic Festival in the Olympic Stadium tonight. This leg of the tour takes in Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, finishing in mid September.
